DNA Extraction Kit in Tubes

This DNA Extraction is performed in 2mL microfuge tubes.

The superior coprecipitating reagents do not interfere with qPCR and ensure that pellets do not become dislodged during the extraction procedure, whereby eliminating the need to spin samples over again.  Also, since the pellets remain fixed to the tubes, the need to retest or repeat a run is eliminated. Also, since the kit does not use iodine or glycogen your clothes will be stain-free!

There is enough reagent in the kit to analyze 50 samples in duplicate.
