Overview

ClonaCell™-HY Medium E is a rich medium optimized for hybridoma expansion after selection, and contains hypoxanthine and thymidine. It is also used to wean hybridomas off aminopterin from the selection process. This medium is suitable for use during development of monoclonal antibodies from a variety of host animals, including human, mouse, rat, hamster, and rabbit.
