Overview

ClonaCell™-HY Liquid HAT Selection Medium contains hypoxanthine, aminopterin, and thymidine (HAT) for the selection of hybridomas following the fusion of a splenocyte and myeloma cell. This medium is recommended for hybridoma selection and cloning by limiting dilution in liquid suspension cultures.
