Stemcell 18163 EasySep™ Human CXCR4 Positive Selection Kit
Product Overview
The EasySep™ Human CXCR4 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CXCR4+ definitive endoderm cells that have been derived from human pluripotent stem cells. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CXCR4 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet by positive selection without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.
This kit targets CXCR4+ cells for positive selection with an antibody recognizing the CXCR4 (CD184) surface marker. The cocktail contains the B-R24 clone of anti-CXCR4 antibody which is known to inhibit HIV infection.
