BD Difco™ Beef Extract is an animal-origin peptone derived from an infusion of beef. This nutritional supplement provides a mixture of peptides, individual amino acids, nucleotides, organic acids, minerals and vitamins. Provided as a paste, customers have used BD Difco™ Beef Extract in a variety of mircobial fermentation cell lines including species, Escerichia coli, Bacillus subtillis, Pasteurella multocida, and Streptococcusspecies to produce numerous animal health vaccines.
