Product Overview:

BDBBL™ Biosate™ Peptone is an animalorigin, mixed hydrolysate comprised of 65% pancreatic digest of casein and 35% yeast extract. This combination provides synergistic nutritional benefits that are not provided by the components alone resulting in a unique nutritional profile. Customers have shown the combined use of these two peptones, when supplied as BD BBL™ Biosate™ Peptone, to improve toxin production with Clostridial species for vaccines, such as Clostridium botulinumand Clostridium perfringens.
