BD Difco™ Select Phytone™ Ultra-Filtered (UF) is an animal-free, enzymatic digest of soy. Due to the naturally high concentrations of vitamins and carbohydrates in soy, BD Difco™ Select Phytone™ UF is a nutritious and excellent carbohydrate source. This product is an ultrafiltered version of BD BBL™ Phytone™ Peptone making it desirable for use with mammalian cell culture applications where reduced endotoxin levels are important.
