FGM™ Fibroblast Growth Media Kits

ProductOverview:
FGM™-2 Fibroblast Growth Medium-2 was developed to support the growth of most primary humanfibroblasts. FGM™-2 Medium contains 2% serum.

FGM™-3 Fibroblast Growth Medium-3 was developed specificallyfor cardiac fibroblasts. FGM™-3 Medium contains contains 10% serum.

TheraPEAK™ FGM-CD™ is a serum-free, chemically defined medium for the growth ofadult and neonatal human Dermal Fibroblast Cells. FGM-CD™ is optimized formultiple passage expansion of NHDFs. Cells can be directly transitioned fromserum-containing medium to FGM-CD™ with little to no adaptation time. Inaddition, dermal fibroblasts grow on any culture ware and need no attachmentmatrix before adding FGM-CD™.

Clonetics™ Media Products are specially designed to support the growth of humanand animal primary derived cells. Media systems have been specificallydeveloped and optimized for various cell systems. Media are supplied in severalformats:

·        Basal Medium - contains no growthfactors, cytokines, or supplements

·        SingleQuots™ Kit - growth factors,cytokines, and supplements

·        BulletKit™ - basal medium andSingleQuots™ Kit packaged together

Lonza guarantees the performance of Clonetics™/Poietics™ cells only ifappropriate Clonetics™/Poietics™ media and reagents are used exclusively andthe recommended storage and use protocols are followed. Any modifications madeto the recommended cell systems including the use of alternative media,reagents or protocols, will void cell and media performance guarantees.
