Cryopreserved Clonetics™ h NHEPS™ Human Hepatocytes are available as cryopreservedamps.  All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, andfungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donorsand/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lotpurchased.  

Clonetics™ HCM™ Hepatocyte Culture Medium is the preferred medium when workingwith cryopreserved human and animal hepatocytes.

Clonetics™ HMM™ Hepatocyte Maintenance Medium may be used to maintain fresh platedhuman and animal hepatocytes in culture during testing.

Lonza guarantees the performance ofClonetics™/Poietics™ cells only if appropriate Clonetics™/Poietics™ media andreagents are used exclusively and the recommended storage and use protocols arefollowed. Any modifications made to the recommended cell systems including theuse of alternative media, reagents or protocols, will void cell and mediaperformance guarantees.
