CC-3162 Endothelial Cell Growth Medium
ProductOverview:
Choose from a variety of endothelial cellgrowth media for an easy cultivation of primary endothelial cells. Everyendothelial cell growth medium has its special formulation and is optimized togrow certain cell types. Each type of endothelial cell growth medium isguaranteed to perform when used to grow Clonetics™ Primary Cells.
Mediaproducts are supplied in several formats:
· Basal Medium -– contains no growth factors, cytokines, orsupplements
· SingleQuots™ Kit – growth factors, cytokines, andsupplements
· BulletKit™ – basal medium and SingleQuots™ Kit packagedtogether
The following Endothelial Cell Growth Medium BulletKits™ are available:
· EGM™-2 BulletKit™ – Optimized forcertain HUVECs, Aortic and Pulmonary artery endothelial cells. Contains 2% FBSand VEGF for rapid proliferation. Does not contain BBE.
· EGM™ BulletKit™ – Optimized forHUVECs cat. no. CC-2517 and CC-2519, contains 2% FBS and BBE. Does not containexogenous VEGF.
· New! EGM™-Plus BulletKit™ –Enhanced version of EGM™ Medium. Optimized for HUVECs cat. no. CC-2935.Contains 2% FBS and BBE. Does not contain exogenous VEGF. Faster proliferationthan HUVECs isolated in EGM™ Medium.
· EGM™-2MV BulletKit™ – Coronary andIliac artery, human microvascular endothelial cells, contains 5% FBS and VEGFfor rapid proliferation. Does not contain BBE.
· EGM™-MV BulletKit™ – BovineMicrovascular Cells, contains 5% FBS and BBE. Does not contain exogenous VEGF.
