CHO-CM HCP ELISA kit

This assay is intended for use on pharmaceutical products secreted into proteinfree CHO growth media. The antibody is raised against, affinity purified, and calibrated with HCPs typically found in CHO proteinfree conditioned media. Special procedures were utilized in the generation of these antibodies to insure that low molecular weight and less immunogenic contaminants as well as high molecular weight components would be represented. Our assay validation has determined that the LOD for this kit is <200pg/mL.
