CellGro® Gelatin
Cell attachment and growth in serum-free medium of a variety of cell types including mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) and chondrocytes is improved when coated cell culture plastic is used. CellGro®Gelatin is sterile, 0,1 % (w/v) ready to use solution.
Handling instructions
Coat culture dish surface with at least 100 µl gelatin solution per cm2. Incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Alternatively, CellGro® Gelatin solution containing cell culture dishes may be stored for up to two weeks at room temperature. Remove the gelatin solution and discard. Add cells to the dish immediately. Do not allow the dish to dry before adding the cells. It may be necessary to determine optimal conditions for attachment for each cell line, application and equipment used.
