Deoxycholic Acid, Sodium Salt is an ionic detergent for the solubilization of membrane-bound proteins. Deoxycholic Acid, Sodium Salt is reported to induce tyrosine phosphorylation of b-catenin and its subsequent translocation to the nucleus, promoting activation of β-catenin signaling (effective concentration 5-50 μM).
