Application

• DMSO 是一种用于化学反应（如聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)）的极性非质子溶剂，也可作为冷冻保护玻璃化剂用于保存细胞、组织和器官。DMSO 可在细胞冷冻培养基中用于保护细胞免受冰晶导致的机械损伤。它可用于原代、继代培养和重组的异倍体和杂交瘤细胞系、胚胎干细胞 (ESC) 以及造血干细胞的冻存。DMSO 常与 BSA 或胎牛血清 (FBS) 一同使用。

Caution

• 容易过度冷却，并在室温下缓慢融化固化的产品放在室温下可以再次液化，对其本身无影响。
