BD Difco™ TCYeastolate Ultra-Filtered (UF) is a hydrolysate dervived from the water-solubleportion of autolyzed yeast. This supplement contains a mixture of peptides,amino acids, carbohydrates (simple and complex), neucleosides, and vitamins,which have been ultrafiltered. Customers have frequently used this supplementfor CHO-based production of biotherapeutic monoclonal antibodies used inoncological and rheumatological therapeutics and recombinant proteins.Additionally, customers have used this supplement in combination with a soysupplement, such as BD DifcoTM Select Phytone UF, to provide an optimal titerperformance in mammalian cell based processes by providing additional vitaminsand carbohydrates.
