Stemcell 04813 MegaCult™-C Double Chamber Slides
Product Overview
MegaCult™-C Double Chamber Slides allow the culture, fixation and immunocytochemical staining of hematopoietic colony assays to be performed on the same slide. Liquid MegaCult™-C medium containing hematopoietic cells can be added to the slide before it forms a semi-solid matrix. After the culture period, when the semi-solid matrix has formed, the sides of the chambers can be removed from the slide to allow dehydration and fixation. Kit contains 48 double chamber slides.
