MesenCult™ Mesenchymal Stem Cell Stimulatory Supplements (Mouse) is a standardized, serum-containing supplement for the culture of mouse mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The MesenCult™ Mesenchymal Stem Cell Stimulatory Supplements (Mouse) is optimized for the expansion of mouse mesenchymal stem cells in vitro as well as their enumeration using the colony-forming unit - fibroblast (CFU-F) assay when combined with MesenCult™ MSC Basal Medium (Mouse; Catalog #05501). Components are pre-screened to minimize lot-to-lot variability. This supplement is also a component of the MesenCult™ Proliferation Kit with MesenPure™ (Mouse; Catalog #05512).
