Stemcell 05701 NeuroCult™ Proliferation Supplement (Mouse)
Product Overview
NeuroCult™ Proliferation Supplement (Mouse) is a standardized, serum-free supplement for the culture of mouse neural stem and progenitor cells from normal tissues or tumor samples, in the neurosphere or adherent monolayer system. NeuroCult™ Proliferation Supplement (Mouse) is designed to be combined with NeuroCult™ Basal Medium (Mouse; Catalog #05700) and appropriate cytokines. NeuroCult™ Proliferation Supplement (Mouse) is optimized to maintain mouse neural stem cells in culture for extended periods of time without the loss of their self-renewal, proliferation or differentiation potential. This supplement is also a component of the NeuroCult™ Proliferation Kit (Mouse; Catalog #05702).
NOTE: When preparing Complete NeuroCult™ Proliferation Medium (Mouse), addition of rh EGF (Catalog #78006) is required. When culturing cells obtained from adult mouse, rh bFGF (Catalog #78003) and heparin (Catalog #07980) are also required.
