Stemcell 05404 MesenCult™ Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (Human)
Product Overview
MesenCult™ Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (Human) is specifically formulated for the in vitro differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) into osteogenic progenitor cells and for the detection and enumeration of human colony-forming unit - osteoblast (CFU-O). This kit also supports CFU-O assays using rat bone marrow-derived MSCs. MesenCult™ Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (Human) should not be used on cells previously cultured with MesenCult™-XF Medium (Catalog #05420). To differentiate MSCs previously cultured in MesenCult™-XF into osteogenic progenitors, use MesenCult™ Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (for MSCs cultured in MesenCult™-XF; Catalog #05434).
