Stemcell 18257RF EasySep™ Human CD33 Positive Selection Kit
Product Overview
The EasySep™ Human CD33 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD33+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow, or from nucleated cells prepared by density separation with RosetteSep™ DM-M density medium (Catalog #15725) by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD33 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD33 antigen is expressed on cells of the myeloid lineage.
