StemSpan™ SFEM II
Product Overview:
StemSpan™ Serum-Free Expansion Medium II(SFEM II) is a modified version of StemSpan™ SFEM. It has been developed forthe in vitro culture and expansion of human hematopoietic cells, when theappropriate growth factors and supplements are added. This allows users theflexibility to prepare the medium to meet their requirements. Using appropriateStemSpan™ Expansion Supplements, SFEM II may be used to expand CD34+ cellsisolated from human cord blood, mobilized peripheral blood or bone marrowsamples, or to expand and differentiate lineage-committed progenitors togenerate populations of erythroid, myeloid, or megakaryocyte progenitor cells.
