Vitronectin XF™
Product Overview:
VitronectinXF™, developed and manufactured by Primorigen Biosciences, Inc., is aneffective alternative to Corning® Matrigel®. Vitronectin XF™ is a defined,xeno-free cell culture matrix that supports the growth and differentiation ofhuman pluripotent stem cells. When used with mTeSR™ 1, TeSR™-E8™ or TeSR™ 2,Vitronectin XF™ provides a completely defined culture system for themaintenance of human ES cells and iPS cells under feeder-free conditions. Thissystem allows complete control over the culture environment, resulting in moreconsistent cell populations and reproducible results in downstreamapplications. Note: 07180 is the matrix only and requires additional reagents(07183, 07174 and 27147) which can be purchased separately.
