GIBCO® StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree has been developed for the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and Adiposederived Stem Cells (ADSCs) under completely serum-free and xenogeneic (xeno)free conditions. Using StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree, human MSCs or ADSCs can be expanded for multiple passages while maintaining their multipotent phenotype (i.e. ability to differentiate into osteogenic, chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages). StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree is cGMP compliant which allows for traceability and manufacturing reliability.

Each kit contains 1 x 500 ml StemPro® MSC SFM Basal Medium and 1x 5 ml StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree Supplement. StemPro® MSC SFM Basal Medium is stored at 2 to 8°C and stable for 12 months. The StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree Supplement is stored frozen at -5 to -20°C and stable for 12 months.
