Human small airway epithelial cells (SAEC) from normaland diseased donors
Product Overview:
Clonetics™ Human Small Airway Epithelial Cells(SAEC) are isolated from normal human lung tissue the distal portion of thelung in the 1mm bronchiole area.
Most Clonetics™ Primary Cells are also available asproliferating cells in either flasks or plates, or as pellets in RNALater®.
Cryopreserved Clonetics™ SAECs are guaranteedthrough 15 population doublings and stain positive for cytokeratin 19. SAECs labeled CC-2547S are guaranteed in theS-ALI™ BulletKit™ for differentiation marked by cilia formation, mucinproduction, and TEER levels. All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria,yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for alldonors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each celllot purchased.
Recommended medium: SAGM™ BulletKit™ or S-ALI™BulletKit™ for differentiation.
