L-15 (Leibovitz) Medium without L-glutamine
Product Overview:
L15 (Leibovitz) Medium was developed in 1963 and wasformulated for use without CO2 atmosphere. Its unique features include: freebase forms of arginine. cysteine and histidine, high concentration of tyrosine,galactose used instead of glucose and no sodium bicarbonate. L-15 Medium isused to grow cell lines in the absence of CO2.
All BioWhittaker™ Cell Culture Media products aremanufactured in accordance with cGMP regulations. The formulations used forstandard liquid media products are those recommended by the Tissue CultureAssociation.
