Recommended Usage:	Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunohistochemical staining.The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. • WB: 1:1000*• IHC: 1:500 - 1:5000• ICC: 1:1000 - 1:5000Tissue: Formalin-fixed Paraffin-embedded and Frozen sectionsPretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as citrate buffer retrieval solution (Cat. ApplicationNotes:	This antibody is effective in immunoblotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry (ICC).*Predicted MW = 50 kDThis antibody is well characterized and highly reactive to neuron specific Class III β-tubulin (βIII). TUJ1 does not identify β-tubulin found in glial cells. TUJ1 recognizes an epitope located within the last 15 C-terminal residues^5.
