Expression plasmids pVITRO1-Lucia/SEAP are developed mainly for in vitro studies. pVITRO1-Lucia/SEAP allow the ubiquitous and constitutive co-expression of two secreted reporter genes: a secreted luciferase (Lucia) and SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase).pVITRO1-Lucia/SEAP plasmids can be stably transfected in mammalian cells and the reporter genes are expressed at high levels.pVITRO1-Lucia/SEAP plasmids carry two elongation factor 1 alpha (EF-1α) promoters, from rat and mouse origins combined to the CMV and SV40 enhancers respectively.  pVITRO1-Lucia/SEAP plasmids are available with different selectable markers that are active both in E. coli and mammalian cells.

Dual Reporter

InvivoGen provides a collection of dual reporter plasmids, that do not require cell lysis.This plasmids are developped for in vivo or in vitro use and are designed of easy cloning.

Several commonly used reporter proteins are available:GFP (green fluorescent protein) and LacZ (尾-galactosidase)GFP (green fluorescent protein) and SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase)secreted luciferase (Lucia) and SEAP(secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase)

1-Cell Culture and Transfection Reagents:

Powerful reagents to prevent microbial contamination in cell culture, plus a wide variety of selection antibiotics and reporter (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) or Lucia luciferase) detection reagents, and a transfection reagent;

5-Inhibitors:

A wide selection of functionally validated compounds to directly or indirectly block the principal immune (TLR, NLR, CDS) pathways and related signaling pathways;

6-Antibodies and Recombinant Proteins:

A large variety of biologically validated monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against major human and murine innate immune targets, as well as isotype families of clinically relevant antibodies, plus a selection of recombinant cytokines;

7-Vaccination:

Pre-clinical grade vaccine adjuvants that comprise alum, emulsions, such as CFA and saponin, and PRR ligands, plus various ovalbumin-derived products.
